jaws7.1 not bringing up links list

Hi all. I have a friend at work who just had jaws7.1 installed on her work pc. However she can not get her links list to work. Is this an issue with 7.1? I don't have 7.1 so I don't know if I would experience the same thing. Thanks.

This is not normally an issue with 7.1, but I have had it happen to me on one occasion. To solve it, go to config manager, go to the HTML options dialogue box, ctrl tab over to the misc page and check the box that says Legacy Internet Explorer support, or something similar. This will bring you back to the support in 7.0. Both these types of support for IE have their drawbacks, but when one fails, the other often works well enough.

Intrestingly, I too have this issue but only when I use AOL, because with that particular application I have the "rely on MSA for list views" thing checked off.
When unchecked in that application the links list works again.
